Reflect Often

Reflect on your actions often when you are not happy, passionate or motivated.

Redirect yourself so you can allow everything to fall into place.

Remember to rest when you feel like you need to retreat to gather your strength before you move forward.

Life is a challenge. Most of us have already established that by having lived through experiences we definitely desire to leave behind us. The interesting thing is that we only leave disasters behind us when we actually learn from them. Failure to do so results in disaster, after disaster, after disaster, until finally we stop doing what we have always been doing, reflect, redirect and enter a new way of living.

It takes courage to leave behind what you find so familiar even if it never was good for you except for the learning portion of your life. Once you decide you are done with the school of hard knocks, struggles and so on, you take your time in deciding what you want. You take your time in moving forward in the direction of your dreams. You make sure you say a hard no to anything or anyone that does not match your desired outcome.

You may not actually receive exactly what you desired but the Universe will make sure that you collect what was intended for you. How will you know that it was intended for you? By how it feels to you. Please pay attention to that.

We are meant to be guided and directed by what makes us feel good. That helps create more of what feels good. When we learn to walk away from anything that doesn’t make us feel good, we win! The other team we’ve been working with wins too. Life on this planet is a reminder that we are all in this together and more importantly, we all come from the same energy.

Take time to reflect on your life, and your choices on a regular basis. When something feels wrong, it’s because it is wrong for you. It may be right for someone else, but since they are not you, they should not be allowed to make choices for you. Please remember that as you navigate through your beautiful life.
