Change is Good!


When you don't change, you stagnate. Change doesn't have to be really big! You can take small steps every single day of your life so that in a month, year or decade you can totally recreate yourself and your life.

Here's how:

  1. Write it down. Write down the changes you want to see in your life. Then do just ONE thing every single day of your life to work toward those goals. They do not have to be huge changes, but one little change leads to bigger changes.

  2. Take time to sit still. Calm your mind at the same time every single day. This is called creating a routine and yes, it is the basis of adding meditation to your life. While you sit still your mind may wander. To eliminate the wandering mind, use one word to focus on. This word can be anything positive. Repeat that one word in your mind when you find your mind drift. If you have difficulty sitting still, begin with a 5 minute sitting routine, then add more time when you want to.

  3. Listen to everyone you surround yourself with. When you begin to change, don't be surprised when those people you used to hang out with no longer appeal to you. This is how you know you are growing and changing and yes, raising your vibration.

  4. Be aware that anything you think, feel and speak about becomes your reality. This is why it is so important to write down what you desire and hold on to that. Be aware also that what you desire may change so you can continue to write things down.

  5. You were born on this planet to learn how to love, love yourself, love others and accept them for who they are. Remind yourself though that not everyone will be like that so do not take anything personally when relationships dissolve. Remember anything that matches your vibration will be attracted to you. This is why it is so important to speak positively. You will be rewarded for that by attracting positive experiences and people into your positive vibration.

Once you begin to reflect on your life, you will notice that there are some things you will want to let go. It is okay to do just that because one rule in life is this: The only thing that is truly constant is change. So realizing that makes it easier to accept when other people change because you are focused on change in your life.
