Authenticity

Change begins with acceptance.

I heard this a long time ago. It carried such power for me years ago that I had my students respond to it in their journals.

This statement holds true for me still and I hope it does for you.

First, you must think about what it really means. So, what does it mean for you?

I could get into a long, detailed explanation but I won’t because I want you to think about what it means for you.

I will say this through, if you are constantly resisting what is going on in your life, you are causing an unnecessary struggle for yourself.

I help a lot of people realize who their authentic selves are. When we realize who we truly are, we relax into our lives. By doing this, we draw people who love and value our presence in their lives.

We’re all the same in that we chose this current life on this planet at this time and the situations that are presented to us. By being in touch with our authentic selves, we can face whatever comes to us in our own unique way.

Authenticity vibrates high because it comes from love, more specifically, self-love. When you come from love, you are vibrating in accordance with Source energy. That’s as high as you could ever vibrate.

It may take some redirection on your part to come from a place of love but with a focus on acceptance, you can and will bring about change in your life. By doing that you will be a living example of love. Coming from a place of love allows you to walk your path while being supported by Source energy which is the vibration of love. This may sound pretty simple but it can be a challenge when you’ve been surrounded by people who constantly come from ego and competition which are fear based.

Take some time to reflect on your life, accept what is currently happening and then make the effort to leave behind what no longer feels right for you. This will allow you to move forward in the direction of your dreams. Your authentic self is a powerful part of that.
