Alone or All One?

Being alone can lead to an awareness that we are all one energy. How can we work toward creating an awareness of this?

Before we were born into these physical bodies, we had an awareness that extends far beyond our current physical bodies. We knew and existed as all one. One energy. One focus. One love.

When we were born into physical bodies, we began to exist in an illusion of separation. We were taught and learned that we were to understand that we are separate beings. Sometimes while existing on this planet, we were shown that we were not one loving energy, and this led to confusion about who we really are right now.

So how do we get back to the reality of One Energy? One Love?

By reflecting on what we have known in our current existence. When something or someone felt really good to be around, really right and did not make us feel bad about who we were or are. That is one indication of being with the right people in the right place at the right time. It's like you are being rewarded for recognizing where you belong, who supports you and who and what really loves to be with you.

On the opposite side, those people, events, situations and places who do not support you, do not show you love and do not want you around are teaching you to recognize and feel where you do belong. You must understand as human being who is spiritually connected that not everyone desires to rise up to a higher level of spiritual existence. Some people require being led dogmatically until they are able to figure out for themselves what is right for them. Rather than judging them, allowing them to live their lives the way they choose shows love, acceptance and passion. Remembering this will help you rise to a higher level of vibration and will help create a feeling of freedom in your life.

Most beings understand that there is a force, an energy that is so powerful it can literally create miraculous experiences. Anyone who has ever had a near death experiences know this to be true. I am one of those beings. All I can say that my NDE was a very peaceful experience. It is probably that experience that has propelled me toward creating that kind of peace in my every day life. And it's also probably why I do what I do: I work with Spirit to help people understand who they really are.

So what can you physically do to help you enjoy being alone, to use your alone time to create an understanding that we are all one energy?

  1. Reflect on the times when you felt unconditional love for something or when someone or something loved you unconditionally. Write it down.

  2. Get quiet, turn everything off that distracts you. Close your eyes and look inward, inside your mind into your third eye. See what it wants to tell you or show you.

  3. Take your hands and place them in the centre of your chest, in your heart space. Remember what makes you feel good and devote some time daily to that.

  4. Thank anyone who has helped you struggle in this life. Thank them for making you stronger and more discerning about who you surround yourself with. Understand that they really were your teachers.

  5. When you feel frustrated or lost, reflect on why you feel you are here. Take time to devote reflection on how you can move forward in that direction. It's called Being In Service and while you are being in service, the rewards are often energetic first and then they become physical.

Learn to step back, reflect on your life, leaving behind anything that no longer works for you. This allows you to create room for you to move forward into the lifestyle you want to create.
